Design Co. ensures worry-free online shopping by providing customers with an efficient express courier service and a wide network that allows for swift movement and sound delivery of your orders right at your doorstep. For your convenience, our sales team will be sending a notification email once packages have been sent. Shipping within the Philippines is FREE.

Delivery areas and respective lead times:

  1. Metro Manila - 3 to 5 business days after confirmation of payment.
  2. Luzon - 3 to 5 business days after confirmation of payment.
  3. Visayas - 3 to 7 business days after confirmation of payment.
  4. Mindanao - 3 to 7 business days after confirmation of payment. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Region: ASEAN, Central Asia, the Middle East, EU, Oceania, South America and Africa

Where available, orders will be shipped via DHL. Lead times may vary. Tracking and tracing numbers will be provided by our sales team once packages have been sent, for your convenience. Tax duties and other import and incidental costs incurred upon the arrival of the package at the destination country (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

Region: North America

AKABA Ltd. Design Co. products are currently available in the United States through Qamay San Francisco, and in Canada through Cambio Market. Orders from North America may be placed through our distribution partners.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND WARRANTY POLICY

The following policies are only applicable in the Philippines. For customers from other territories, kindly get in touch with your local distributor for their respective regulations.

Our products are collaborations between artisan weavers, designers and professional manufacturers. Minor imperfections may occur due to the tedious nature of hand and loomweaving, and the handcrafting of the finished product. We appreciate your patronage and support as we promote and grow homegrown weaving industries all over the Philippines.

To discourage the unecessary wastage of our woven textiles, thoroughly inspect each item upon arrival before affixing your signature on the delivery receipt issued by the courie

If you feel unsatisfied with your purchased item, kindly email our customer care team at info[at]akaba.co within seven (7) calendar days upon the arrival of your package, otherwise, products will be assumed to have been received in good condition. All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 90-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. AKABA reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of returned products, and, when applicable, provide refunds should the returned item bear indelible marks or irreversible damages to the product brought about by usage.
